Position Summary: The Business Analyst plays a critical role in providing operational assessments to help drive decision-making for key strategic initiatives and opportunities. Working in close partnership with Field Sales leadership, Finance team, marketing and other cross-functions, this role provides analysis, along with support driving the initiatives through to completion. The role will require the ability to lead cross functional teams to effect changes identified. This role will manage key initiatives from concept to pilot and determining the value and impact upon a full launch. Duties and Responsibilities Lead commercial-focused projects with cross-functional partners, drive to implementation and delivery of results. Projects span strategic, long term to near-term optimization Conduct deep dive analysis to identify patterns, root causes and trends impacting sales and sales strategy Build and validate models for for key initiatives to help drive growth in gross adds by optimizing Leads, Conversion, Manpower, or UPO Develop and provide innovative ways to provide key actionable insights for initiatives to transform sales operation and processes (i.e. sales organizational design, sales channel design, sales resource deployment, retention) Develop and provide innovative ways to provide key actionable insights to directly support the business Create reports and analysis for Small Business team on an ad-hoc basis - report creation, sales data modeling, trend analysis, etc. Manage day-to-day and short-term projects as required and assist in long-term planning. Prepare, review and distribute regularly scheduled (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) reports to senior leadership team for review. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field, MBA degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in a change management and/or strategy role Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office - advanced knowledge of Excel Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred Superior problem solving and analytical skills Strong financial acumen and understanding of the key business drivers. Exceptional communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal Experience leading cross-functional teams, and in-depth of knowledge/defined involvement in helping frame, design and execute solutions for challenging business situations Skills Use of disruptive mindset in driving innovation and discovering game-changing solutions and fresh ideas Exceptional intellectual and analytical curiosity Coachable, strong desire to learn ADT LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
